Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of arrival, we will retain 50% deposit fee and less than 14 days 100%.
Cancellation fees:
We may impose a cancellation fee in circumstances other than death or hospitalisation (Proof required) having regard to the nature of booking, length of notice of cancellation & reasonable potential to find alternative customer.
Unconfirmed bookings:
May be released up to 30 days prior to arrival.
15 days: 75% of original booking value; within 7 days or no-show, premature departure: 100% of original booking value.
Cancellation fees:
We may impose a cancellation fee in circumstances other than death or hospitalisation (Proof required) having regard to the nature of booking, length of notice of cancellation & reasonable potential to find alternative customer.
Unconfirmed bookings:
May be released up to 30 days prior to arrival and can insist on the completion of group booking contracts for more than 5 rooms.
