Second en-suite bedroom with bath & shower is on the 1st floor.
Third en-suite bedroom with shower is on the 1st floor. This room offers two extra single beds for guests who share the bathroom.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of arrival, we will retain 50% deposit fee and less than 14 days 100%.
Cancellation fees:
We may impose a cancellation fee in circumstances other than death or hospitalisation (Proof required) having regard to the nature of booking, length of notice of cancellation & reasonable potential to find alternative customer.
Unconfirmed bookings:
May be released up to 30 days prior to arrival.
